M&A Services provides several core services, all focused in four key areas which cause the most anxiety for the acquiring corporation and its executives:
Significance, Validation, Valuation and Integration.

Significance relates to the primary variables which will determine the successful outcome of any acquisition. Results of the work performed in this area include determining the strategic "fit" of the acquisition; identifying those organizational, operational and market factors which are critical to the success of the acquisition; and preparing a plan for managing the risks associated with the transaction.

Validation includes verifying internal or external information; and substantiating the potential of the future operations especially related to the areas of strategic advantage. This work is performed in addition to the traditional "due diligence" activities performed by attorneys and accountants.

Valuation addresses the fair market value of the candidate. The focus of the process is financial, but includes the financial impact and risk exposure of "soft side" issues such as customer loyalty, market position, organizational climate or operational processes.

Integration involves the transition management for combining the two entities. The primary objective is to optimize the synergy of the integrated companies while avoiding market and organization disruption that often leads to financial disaster.
