 Chris White Chris specializes in developing valuations on closely held companies and intangible assets, in creating financial structures and in developing corporate financial strategies. He previously was a partner in the consulting division of an international accounting firm and has consulted for more than 32 years with businesses in the construction, environmental services, health care, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and petroleum industries. He has a BSBA degree in Accounting from the University of Tulsa and an MBA from Indiana University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Consultant with memberships in the AICPA and the Institute of Management Consultants where he serves as Chair of IMC's Oklahoma Chapter. |
 David Holden David serves as the firm’s general counsel and specializes in developing and evaluating legal structures for M & A transactions and providing project management services during the negotiation, due diligence and closing processes. David has 30 years experience as a lawyer involved in securities and business transactions. He has Bachelors and Juris Doctor Degrees from the University of Oklahoma and is a Certified Management Consultant. He is a member in the American and Oklahoma Bar Associations and the Institute of Management Consultants. |
 Dan Evatt Dan Evatt specializes in driving operational excellence, re-focusing a business to generate sales growth and produce higher rates of return and in business turnaround situations. His career has included both owning his own private consulting company that specialized in handling small and medium-sized businesses, and serving as a corporate consultant inside large firms. He has held the titles of President, Chief Operating Officer, and General Manager for both large and small companies. Dan has lived and worked in numerous states in the U.S., as well as abroad in his careers with Avaya, Lucent Technologies and AT&T. In addition to his degree from the University of Oklahoma, he has an Advanced Management Certificate from the University of Michigan and a Senior Management Certificate from the prestigious Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland. |
 John Bethel John specializes in assessing and improving the effectiveness of individuals, work units and teams within an organization. He has 28 years of corporate and consulting experience and has held chief operating officer and chief executive officer positions with responsibility for acquisitions and divestitures. He has a BSBA degree in Finance and Economics and an MBA in Management from the University of Tulsa. John is a Certified Management Consultant and a member of the Institute of Management Consultants. |
 Steve McCarthy Steve McCarthy joins Merger & Acquisition Services with over thirty-five years combined banking, corporate, entrepreneurial and consulting experience and specializes in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He holds a BS Degree in Finance from Boston College and a MBA from Fordham University. He began his career in banking in New York and joined The Williams Companies in 1974 where he served in various financial and administrative positions. After leaving Williams Steve owned and operated a regional distribution company for 14 years. He sold the company in 2000 and since then he has consulted with companies in acquisitions, divestitures and turn-around projects. |
 Gary Richetto Gary specializes in organization development, executive outplacement, and human factors of product and packaging design. He has 25 years of international consulting experience and has provided expert testimony in product liability litigation in both State and Federal courts for the past ten years. He has served as Director of the Organizational Development Division of the American Society for Training and Development and Vice President of the International Communication Association. He has a Ph.D. from Purdue University in organizational communication, with additional concentrations in organizational psychology and consumer behavior. Gary is a Certified Management Consultant and a member of the Institute of Management Consultants. |
